**COVID-19 update: I use a hospital-grade disinfectant for my biofeedback equipment and am spending extra time sanitizing hard surfaces in between clients. Since sessions tend to run from 60 to 90 minutes, I have things set up so that we can maintain the 6ft social distancing recommended during the length of the session, as well as masks. If you have any signs of illness, please reschedule your appointment. I will also be asking all of my clients to wash their hands before sessions. If you feel any level of discomfort coming in, and would prefer to reschedule, this is a reminder that certain services can be conducted remotely, from the comfort of your home.
